At 38NORTH, our packages are designed to be completely turnkey. Our White Glove Delivery service ensures each property is fully furnished, styled, and ready from day one with no coordination required. We offer White Glove Delivery for Furniture Packages within the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.

Our team manages the entire installation process, including:

• Delivery to the property and placement in each room

• Full unpacking and assembly of furniture

• Professional art installation

• Removal of all packaging and debris

For builder and development partners, we coordinate delivery based on the closing date to ensure the property is ready immediately upon completion.

For direct purchases from clients, customers, and real estate investors, delivery is scheduled once all items have arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection.

Please note: Our White Glove Delivery team handles furniture placement, assembly, and art installation for all items purchased through 38NORTH, ensuring each property is fully styled and ready from day one. We do not install lighting, hang wallpaper, or perform additional construction or handyman services.
