We offer White Glove Delivery for furniture packages across the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Furniture Packages

What is included in a furniture package?
Each package includes all essential furniture, décor, artwork, and styling needed to fully furnish a property. Items are thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive, resort-inspired look.

Can I customize a package?
Our packages are designed to streamline the process and maintain efficiency, but we may offer limited customization depending on the project. Contact us to discuss your needs.

How much do your packages cost?
Our furniture packages are offered at a flat rate, with pricing depending on the size of the property and package selection. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

Delivery & Installation

What is White Glove Delivery?
Our White Glove Delivery service includes delivery to the property, full assembly, art installation, and complete setup so the space is ready immediately.

How long does delivery take?
Timelines vary depending on product availability and project scope. For builder projects, we coordinate delivery with your closing date. For direct clients, delivery is scheduled once all items arrive at our warehouse.

Do I need to be there for delivery?
No. Many of our clients are remote. We coordinate access and complete the full installation so your property is ready upon arrival.

Shipping & Orders

Do you sell individual items or only packages?
We offer both full furniture packages and select individual items. Shipping methods vary depending on the product.

Do you offer White Glove Delivery for all products?
White Glove Delivery is included with furniture packages and may be available for select items. Some products ship via standard or freight delivery.

Returns & Changes

Can I return items?
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Select in-stock items may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to restocking fees and return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within a limited window before processing begins. Once items are in production or shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
